SHIPPING
We test all electrical items prior to dispatch to ensure they are in working order.
We offer free shipping in New Zealand on orders over $500.00 (excluding trees). We can ship overseas, but you will need to contact us for shipping costs.
We ship using New Zealand post and delivery is in accordance with their timeframes.
Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days after receipt and payment of your order.
Payment & Stock Availability
Our products are sold both online and in our physical pop-up shop. On rare occasions, an item may sell in-store at the same time as, or shortly after, an online order is placed. To avoid charging you for something we can't supply, your payment is authorised when you place your order and is only captured once we've confirmed your items are available. You may see a pending charge on your statement in the meantime.
If an item in your order is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible using the email address provided at checkout. You may choose to select a suitable alternative item, wait for the item to be restocked where available, or cancel your order. If your order is cancelled before payment is captured, the funds held on your card will be released; this can take several business days to show, depending on your bank. If payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We are committed to sustainable packaging, so we will try to ship items in their original boxes. If we can't do that, then we do our best to re-use boxes from other items.
Due to the size of our trees, shipping is based on weight and box size. Please contact us prior to ordering for postage of trees.
