SHIPPING
We test all electrical items prior to dispatch to ensure they are in working order.
We offer free shipping in New Zealand on orders over $500.00 (excluding trees). We can ship overseas, but you will need to contact us for shipping costs.
We ship using New Zealand post and delivery is in accordance with their timeframes.
Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days after receipt and payment of your order.
We are committed to sustainable packaging, so we will try to ship items in their original boxes. If we can't do that, then we do our best to re-use boxes from other items.
Due to the size of our trees, shipping is based on weight and box size. Please contact us prior to ordering for postage of trees.
