SHIPPING
We test all electrical items prior to dispatch to ensure they are in working order.
We offer free shipping in New Zealand on orders over $500.00 (excluding trees). We can ship overseas, but you will need to contact us for shipping costs.
We ship using New Zealand post and delivery is in accordance with their timeframes.
Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days after receipt and payment of your order.
Due to the size of our trees, shipping is based on weight and box size. Please contact us prior to ordering for postage of trees.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Items must be unused, and in their original packaging.
Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Custom orders
 - Sale items
 - Items purchased as Seconds
 
Return Process
Please choose your products carefully, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. If your product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
To keep the return process simple please:
- Contact us within 7 days via email info@thechristmascracker.co.nz, including your order number and the reason for the return.
 - Ensure the items are properly packaged and include a copy of your invoice.
 - The package must be shipped to the address provided. We will not be liable for any undelivered returned items.
 - We are not liable for any damage incurred to returned items during transit.
 
Refunds
- Upon inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued using the same payment method within 5-7 business days.
 - Shipping fees are non-refundable
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Should your product arrive damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase, with photos of the defect, so we can assist with remediation.
 - Return shipping costs will be refunded for damaged items.
 
General Information
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
 - We will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products are not satisfactory.
